Data we collect
QuantFit may collect account identifiers, subscription status, support messages, crash diagnostics, device/app version, and workspace metadata required to run the product. Uploaded datasets are treated as user research data and are used only to provide the analysis workflow requested by the user.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide estimator workflows, save workspaces, restore purchases, answer support requests, improve reliability, and satisfy legal or App Store obligations. We do not sell user datasets or research outputs.
Uploaded datasets
Datasets imported into QuantFit remain under the user’s control. Where cloud sync is enabled, files are stored to support workspace recovery and cross-device access. Users can remove uploaded files from the workspace or request account deletion.
Third-party services
QuantFit may rely on Apple services for purchases and app distribution, hosting providers for the web workspace, and support tooling for customer requests. These services receive only the information needed for their function.
User rights and contact
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is also documented in the in-app support area and on the Delete Account page.
