Delete Account

Users who create a QuantFit account can request deletion from inside the app or by contacting support.

In-app deletion path

In the app, open Settings, choose Support, then select Delete Account. The app should confirm the request and explain that account deletion removes account access, workspace metadata, and cloud-synced files associated with the account.

Email deletion request

If the user cannot access the app, they can email [email protected] from the email address attached to the account with the subject “Delete my QuantFit account”. Support will verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Account profile data, workspace metadata, stored uploads, and saved analysis files are removed unless retention is required for fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, or App Store transaction history.

Timing

Deletion requests are processed as soon as practical. Users receive confirmation when the account deletion workflow is complete.
